With an idiosyncratic sound that is at once sardonic and yet intensely poignant, Famous have developed a reputation as one of the most exciting and unconventional live acts on the London underground circuit. Playing shows with artists as diverse as black midi, Sports Team, Mica Levi's Good Sad Happy Bad, GAIKA, Thurston Moore, PC Music's GFOTY as well as supporting Black Country, New Road on a full UK tour, Famous has placed itself at the centre of a new generation of boundary-pushing UK music.
They have played across Europe at various festivals including Fusion Festival & Haldern Pop in Germany, Nuits Botanique in Belgium, Welcome to the Village in the Netherlands & more.
Their ambitious debut EP, England, came out in May 2019. Their sophomore EP, The Valley was released to critical acclaim in May 2021.
